Why I love the NCDD!
The National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) is the premier legal association for DUI lawyers. Every year they host several intensive DUI training seminars bringing together the foremost experts in DUI defense. Some of the topics that are covered are:
- Blood testing and Gas Chromatography
- Issues in breath testing
- Trial skills
- Cross-examination tactics
- Recent changes to DUI case law
and much, much more.
In addition to these seminars, the college boasts an active and helpful community of lawyers around the country who pride themselves on helping others. It is very helpful to be able to tap the minds of the sharpest DUI experts in the country and get their ideas on your situation.
I am an active member of the NCDD and wholeheartedly feel that it makes me a much better lawyer and prepares me to defend my clients better. I would highly recommend that anyone who is charged with a DUI should seek out an attorney who is a member of the NCDD because you will be hard pressed to find that level exposure and expertise in an attorney outside the college.
